2.This machine is equipped with six sets of servo motors and uses dual servo paper feeding to ensure the stability and synchronization of the equipment during high-speed paper feeding. The servo paper feeding allows separate paper feeding sizes for A and B products, thus solving the problem of large and small sheets.
3.When the two pieces are docked and positioned, dual servos are used in conjunction with TBI ball screws to align the paper, providing consistent accuracy for both low-speed and high-speed bonding of this machine
4.Regarding the glue application system: The intermediate glue application uses dual layers of glue, namely hot melt adhesive and ordinary sealing adhesive, to ensure 100% adhesion of the product after entering the container and cold storage. The cold glue is automatically applied and has a function to prevent overflow, which can avoid workers forgetting to add glue and will not add too much glue; The hot glue heating adopts a unique inductive heating plate, which has a long service life and fast heating. Hot glue is also equipped with a pre melt glue box.
