03. The folding part is equipped with a cardboard pressure line correction device. The unique secondary pressure line sorting function plays an important role, which can be adjusted in all directions, allowing the creasing line to be sorted again when folding the cardboard. It is simple and efficient, completely eliminating the occurrence of "scissor mouth" phenomenon, and is suitable for cardboard with different rib thicknesses.

1. The paper delivery department adopts a fully servo drop type paper delivery structure, which solves the damage to the surface of the cardboard box and is suitable for color boxes, laminated boxes, and various ordinary cardboard boxes.

The automatic stacking and counting system adopts fully computer-controlled automatic adjustment of the stacking section, supports one click order replacement, and can automatically adjust up to 5 positions. The tapping board of the stacking part can adjust the fish tail mark phenomenon of the cardboard box.

3. Select the corresponding stacking quantity on the display screen, set the number of stacked sheets to be counted, and select 5/10/15/20/25 sheets as the range for setting the number of sheets. After completing the gluing process, the boxes are sorted, counted, stacked, and automatically sent out.
