1.The whole production line is designed strictly in accordance with the EU CE certification safety standards. The maximum design speed for a three-layer board is 200m/min, and for a five layer board it is 150m/min.

5. The single facer machine adopts 360 type corrugated rollers to ensure working speed. The single-sided machine has a variety of corrugated types, including A, B, C, D, E, F, and G tiles, which can be freely matched with various corrugated types
6. Pre-heating zone, each device's heating zone can automatically display temperature and adjust temperature to ensure the flatness and humidity of the cardboard.                                                      
7. Double facer machine, vertical and horizontal cutting stacking machine, can manually or automatically change orders, and can also achieve one click order change, synchronous operation, and accurate precision.                                              
8. The data shows that the production line is equipped with a large LED display screen, which constantly displays the current order, current speed, and current output, allowing each operator to clearly see the status of the production line.
