Feeding Unit

1) The main motor adopts frequency conversion motor, and the inverter adopts SINEE, which can save energy and power up to 30%.

2) The fan is controlled by an independent inverter, and the wind pressure is adjustable.

3) The main screen adopts PLC control, man-machine interface.

4) The printing department and die cutting department are equipped with automatic zeroing device. (general cartons use automatic zeroing device, test printing two pieces can be adjusted to the correct position)

5) Automatic plate lifting device, printing roller in order to rise and fall (computer delay), to avoid multiple dipping ink printing plate.

6) With ink shortage alarm device, real-time monitoring of ink supply system working status. (When the ink amount is below the limit, the machine will alarm to avoid ink-free production, resulting in waste of cardboard)

Printing Unit

1) Computer dynamic balance correction, eliminate internal stress, grinding processing, hard chrome plating, smooth operation.

2) Clutch type scroll shaft, convenient and fast.

3) Full plate hanging slot, suitable for 10mm*3mm plate hanging strip.

4) Loading and unloading printing plate, foot switch electric control positive and negative rotation

5） The printing roller is electrically adjusted to the left and right, the maximum movement is about 5mm, equipped with a limiting device (PLC touch screen control)

Slotting Unit 1
