1.paper feeding unit (one group)

(1) Sun wheel box leading edge paper feeding system.
A. Four-axis leading edge paper feeding, increase fan flow, and maintain accurate speed when feeding at high speed and low speed.
B. Adjust the airflow and pressure in 4 steps to match the cardboard size.
C. Positioning from the front to reduce paper feed errors and improve the accuracy of paper feeding, printing and slotting.
D. Electric control of left and right side baffles, computer adjustment.
E. Rear pallet holder electric control front and back.
F. Manual adjustment of the front stop cardboard gap.

(2) paper feeding upper and lower rollers
A. upper roll; outer diameter of 155mm, steel pipe surface wrapped wear-resistant rubber, balance correction
B. Lower roll: The outer diameter is 155mm. The surface of the paper feed roller is embossed and hardened.
C. Feeding pressure roller adjustment gap is adjusted by self-locking structure, the adjustment range is 0-12mm.
D. The power transmission of the pressure roller adopts the rolling cross coupling transmission to reduce the wear and make the transmission more balanced.
(3) machine clutch, automatic return zero device
A. The drive shaft is equipped with a friction clutch to avoid malfunction and damage the machine.
B. Main engine start protection device (when the machine is not locked, the main unit cannot start running).
C. Paper feeding unit, printing unit and slotting unit are electrically and automatically reset to zero.

2. Printing unit

(1) printing roller

(6)Feeding paper roll
A. The upper paper feeding roller, with an outer diameter of 125mm, is made of high-quality steel hard chrome-plated and equipped with 3 wrenches, and the shaft can be rotated to any position with adjustable paper guide wheels.
B. Paper feed lower roller, outer diameter is 155mm, the paper guide roller is plated with hard chrome.

(7) ink circulation structure
A. Pneumatic diaphragm pump, stable ink supply, easy operation and maintenance.

(8) printing phase fixing device

3. Slotting unit (one group)

(1) Single-axis double-knife slotting, the height of the box is adjusted by internal teeth, so that the lubricating oil is not easy to contaminate the carton.
A. The diameter of the press-line shaft is 110mm high-quality steel, grinding and processing, and the surface is plated with hard chrome.
B. The cardboard after pre-pressing is not easy to be crushed.
C. The adjustment of the pressure roller is adjusted by the self-locking structure , and the adjustment range is 0-12mm.
(2) The horizontal movement adjustment mechanism of the slotting tool holder adopts a screw rod and a linear guide sleeve to make the movement more flexible and accurate. The pre-pressing wheel and the actual pressing wheel adopt quick-change devices.

4. Stacker unit
