Function of the machine:
HT150 material of good anti-seismic performance is used for the wall of the machine to ensure steady transmission and accurate joint of the gears. It is processed and finished high precision machining center at one time to improve the accuracy. The accurate level gauge is used to adjust when installing the machine.
The material of all transmission shafts and rolls are high quality steel, high precision dynamic balance adjustment to ensure the steady transmission, all transmission shafts and rolls are polished and plated hard chrome to make sure of the durability.
All driving gears adopt high quality low carbon alloy steel(20CrMnTi), the teeth are ground and the tooth width reach 60mm.
The whole machine adopt no key connection to eliminate clearance, suitable for high speed printing long-term. And for key transmitting part, the imported NSK insert bearings are used to ensure long using life.
Spraying circulation is adopted to lubricate the gears, two oil pumps, and circulating oil supply. Self-poise of the oil level, there is no need to let out oil, and no leaking of oil will happen.
The whole machine group adopt electric separation , pneumatic lock, auto brake when separate to guarantee no printing dislocation.
The alarm will ring continuously when the machine moves to ensure safety of the workers.
The wire between the units of the whole machine is arranged at the top. The devices are all of well-known brand. Siemens contactor, Taiwan Fusheng air compressor, Wuhan Yongts River diaphragm pump, Shanxi Xianyang Chaoyue clutch, Japanese NSK or Harbin rolling bearing.

The 7.5kw high pressure centrifugal fan, can control wind pressure with frequency conversion according to the cardboard warp degree, ensure the warp and thin cardboard transmit fast and accurately.
About side clapboard position is drived by lead screw electric adjustment.
In front clapboard upper and lower gap position, synchronization regulation is optional.
With the paper-feeding partition device, you can choose partition feeding paper according to need, to guarantee larger specification cardboard can also be processed.
Slotting department is loaded with interconnection controlling switch, which can realize sudden stop, stop feeding or return feeding.
Printer:
The phase is 360°adjusted by electric wheel planetary, keyless connection Foot switch is installed, and convenient to load and unload.
The plate roller axial can be adjusted position by electrically and manually, move range:0-10mm.

The case height adjustment has an anticollision device for slotting blade, will not destroy the machine.
An anticollision device is used while slotting tool apronhorizontal moving.
The width of slotting blade is 7mm, adopts alloy steel material and after heat treatment and grinded, gear slotting knife, douple-piece type cutting knife, sharp edge, and high precision.

Double-warm abrasive belt cushion correction facility.
Cushion axial floating automatically to improve the utilization rate of cushion.The range of floating is 0-20mm(from middle to left or right)
Speed difference self-compensating function.
The axial adjustment of platen roller is electric/manual, range:0-20mm(left to right )
Die-cutting phase is adjusted by electric planet gears, keyless junction.
