1.TC-1060 window patching machine is suitable for film reinforcement of packaging paper products with or without windows, such as mobile phone boxes, wine boxes, gift boxes, napkin paper boxes, cosmetics boxes, children's toy boxes, clothing boxes, milk boxes, greeting cards, etc. Suitable for cardboard weighing 200-500g/㎡, this product has achieved automatic functions of gluing, applying film, opening film (optional), and organizing cardboard before pasting boxes/boxes after die-cutting.

2.The paper feeding adopts a servo system to achieve high-speed, inch motion, stable, accurate, and precise feeding. Low voltage electrical components are made of Omron and Schneider products.

3.The PLC programmable controller, frequency converter, sensor, and encoder all use Delta (high-speed pulse) to ensure high-quality mechanical performance. The main motor servo motor adopts the well-known foreign brand - Dongyuan.

4.The human-machine interface adopts the Huichuan series, which can adapt to most working environments. All bearings are made of Japanese NSK and well-known domestic brands.

5.The suction workbench adopts an imported system to independently control the lifting and lowering, thereby achieving no printing errors and the punching of the air chamber without adhesive.
