2.The touch screen human-machine interface and electric control dual system operation function have functions such as intelligent zeroing, automatic memory reset, and order storage;
3.The wall panels and important components of the entire machine are treated with aging and tempered to eliminate internal stresses in the metal; All are made using high-precision machining centers and ground by CNC grinding machines.
4.The entire machine's shaft and rollers are made of high-quality steel, ground and processed, high-precision computerized dynamic balance correction, and surface plated with hard chromium.

12.The whole machine is equipped with an automatic ink feeding function for the rubber shaft squeezing pressure, and the PLC touch screen opens the ink uniformity function. The pressure between the rubber shaft and the mesh roller is manually adjusted. When the photoelectric sensor detects that the pressure between the rubber shaft and the mesh roller is appropriate, the ink will be automatically fed to prevent the situation where ink directly flows onto the printing plate roller and pollutes it due to insufficient pressure between the rubber shaft and the mesh roller
Front edge paper feeding section:

1.Adopting a leading edge paper feeding mechanism, it has the characteristics of fast response speed, high positioning accuracy, good system stability, and long service life.
2.Suction assisted paper feeding, high-pressure centrifugal fan, can adjust the wind pressure according to the bending degree of the cardboard, ensuring high-speed and accurate transportation of warped cardboard and thin cardboard.
3.The lifting and dropping of paper are driven by cylinders, which move quickly and powerfully.
4.The side panel is electrically adjustable (using PLC touch screen and electric digital adjustment), the front panel is manually synchronized, and the rear gearbox is electrically adjusted to accelerate the setting speed.
5.Taiwan's ultra durable leading edge paper feeding wheel is long-lasting and wear-resistant.
6.The intermittent paper feeding device (can choose continuous or intermittent paper feeding according to needs) ensures that larger scale cardboard can also be processed.

Printing Unit

1.Printing phase:

Phase fixing device:

1) Planetary gear structure.
2) Printing phase adjustment PLC computer display adjustment (adjustable for both operation and stop).
3) Variable frequency motor drive, adjust the circumferential rotation speed of the printing roller according to requirements, accurate to within 0.1mm, fast and convenient. The axial lateral movement of the printing roller is adjusted by PLC touch screen and electric digital adjustment, with a total adjustment range of ± 10mm.
4) The printing roller has intelligent reset and automatically returns to its original position after being locked together (after each separation, the printing roller will automatically return to its original position when combined again)

Phase fixing device:


1) Electromagnetic braking device.
2) When the machine separates or adjusts the phase, the brake mechanism restricts the operation of the machine and maintains the original gear position fixed

Emergency rope protection device:
1)When the staff is in the middle of the unit, pulling this safety rope can trigger safety protection and immediately stop the vehicle

Die Cutting unit

Knife mold roller (lower roller)
1) The outer diameter is 452mm. (Excluding knife molds)
2) Centrifugal casting of steel cylinder body, computerized dynamic balance correction, surface grinding, hard chrome plating to increase operational stability.
3) The horizontal spacing between the screw holes for fixing the knife mold is 100mm, and it is divided into 18 equal parts in the circumferential direction.
4) Suitable for blade height of 25.4mm.
5) Die cutting thickness 16-18mm (for three-layer boards), 13-15mm (for five layer boards).

Rubber pad roller (upper roller)
1) The outer wall is 388.9mm.
2) Cast steel material, surface grinding, hard chrome plating.
3) Balance correction to increase operational stability.
4) The thickness of the rubber pad is 8mm and the width is 250mm.

Lateral movement and repair device:
1) During work, the die-cutting rubber pad roller is mechanically spiral and automatically moves horizontally (± 20mm) to prevent repeated cutting marks and extend the service life of the felt sleeve.
2) The rubber pad adopts an electric repair device to improve its reuse rate and can be repaired 3-4 times.

Transmission gear:

1) The main transmission gear is made of 40Cr alloy steel with a thickness of 60mm.  It has undergone quenching and tempering, carburizing and quenching treatment, and precision grinding and gear processing
2) A helical gear with six levels of precision,  smooth operation, low noise, HRC55-60 hardness, long lifespan, and minimal wear can ensure consistent printing color accuracy for a long time.
3) The gears of the entire machine are locked with keyless connecting rings,  ensuring seamless connection and precise color matching.

Oil supply device:

1) Mechanical oil pump (using imported oil leveler)
2) Circulating oil supply, uniform gear oil flow, and balanced oil levels in each group.
3) Lubrication adopts a closed spray lubrication system to ensure transmission accuracy and service life
