The Italian strategic partner's first visit to the CZXY manufacturing base to deepen cooperation and jointly expand the European market

In July 2025, a delegation from a renowned Italian packaging company visited the headquarters of CZXY. During a three-day in-depth inspection, they completed on-site acceptance of the automatic window patching machine, laminator machine, automatic double-piece folding Gluing Machine, and manual die cutting machine. They also officially signed a contract to introduce the automatic high-speed 4-color printing slotting die cutting machine. The client highly praised the intelligent manufacturing system and the equipment performance, and announced that they would expand the cooperation scale in the long term.

The rigorous inspection received praise. The intelligent manufacturing standards are on par with those of the European Union.

The customer's technical team focused on testing the core indicators of the double piece folding gluing machine, such as the 200-meter-per-minute synchronous folding accuracy, and the positioning error control of the window gluing machine at 0.1mm level. After witnessing the fully automatic laminating machine achieving a cycle time of ±0.3 seconds, the production director exclaimed: "The entire process automation from raw material loading to finished product stacking has completely exceeded our expectations for equipment from Asia." The inspection equipment passed the EU CE safety certification standards in one go.

Signing a contract for high-end equipment to break through the bottleneck in color box production

The newly ordered automatic high-speed 4-color printing slotting die-cutting machine integrates three CZXY patented technologies:

- The servo linkage system ensures the slotting and die-cutting accuracy within ±0.25mm.

- The intelligent pre-pressing device eliminates color printing white spots

- The dual-channel vacuum suction guarantees a high-speed paper feeding rate of 350 sheets per minute

"This equipment will solve the problem of changing orders for our small-batch premium boxes," the CEO of the client said at the signing ceremony. "The previous inspection equipment has been running stably for half a year， and this cooperation is a natural progression."

Ten-year cooperation upgraded, jointly building the Eurasian supply chain

As a long-term client with over ten years of cooperation, the delegation specially inspected the high-temperature lubrication process for bearings in the intelligent factory and the modular assembly line. "From manual equipment to fully automated Production Lines, CZXY has always been able to precisely match our upgrading pace," the customer emphasized in their feedback. The new equipment will be shipped to Italy next month, and the technical team has customized a climate adaptation plan for the Mediterranean region.

This collaboration marks a crucial breakthrough for CZXY in the European high-end packaging market. With the 4-color printing machine integrated into the customer's intelligent factory, the two parties will jointly develop dedicated production lines for luxury packaging, further strengthening their global competitiveness.
