The newly developed three-layer corrugated paperboard Production Line by CZXY Company has been officially put into operation. Centered on the fully hydraulic shaftless support and modular design, it has achieved a revolutionary breakthrough in stability and energy efficiency, providing high-precision and low-energy-consuming intelligent manufacturing solutions for the global paper packaging industry. 

Hydraulic System Innovation: More Stable Operation
The production line adopts the fully hydraulic shaftless support technology. Through the hydraulic balanced load-bearing system, mechanical vibrations are eliminated. Combined with the multi-point braking device, the paperboard tension fluctuation during high-speed operation is kept below 0.3%. The single-sided machine module innovatively incorporates a steam heating unit. The corrugating rollers are made of high-quality 48CrMo alloy steel, which is precisely ground and hard chrome plated (with a hardness of HRC62). Combined with the electric spacer device and high-temperature lubricating bearing system, the durability and thermal efficiency of the equipment are significantly improved. 

Double-sided forming upgrade - Quality reaches new heights
The double-sided machine is equipped with 16 hardened chromium hot-pressing plates, which increase the surface hardness by 3 times, effectively preventing paperboard from sticking. A unique 4-meter ultra-long cooling and shaping section eliminates paperboard stress deformation through gradient temperature control technology, with flatness deviation controlled within ±0.2mm/㎡. The longitudinal cutting unit uses an electric grinding system and thin tungsten steel alloy blades, which are precisely controlled by a synchronous motor for blade arrangement. The cutting edge smoothness is improved by 50%, and the blade life is extended to three times that of ordinary equipment. 

Intelligent Cutting Breakthrough: Precision Re-Enhanced
The cross-cutting machine innovatively adopts servo motor direct drive technology, achieving a cutting accuracy of ±0.5mm. Combined with the central control system, it enables one-click switching of order parameters. Compared to traditional equipment, this line reduces energy consumption by 25%, increases order-switching efficiency by 40%, and achieves a daily production capacity of over 180,000 square meters. 

"The fully hydraulic architecture has solved the resonance problem during high-speed operation," the technical director pointed out. "And the modular design enables customers to freely choose to equip the steam energy-saving unit or the intelligent logistics interface." Currently, this production line has been purchased in bulk by customers in Southeast Asia and South America, and has become the preferred choice for upgrading for high-end carton manufacturing enterprises.
