The CZXY heavy-duty intelligent linear fully automatic Folder Gluer Machine and Auto PP Strapping Machine system introduced by a well-known packaging enterprise from Mexico has recently been put into operation. This intelligent production line, with its revolutionary "one-click adjustment" technology and a high-speed cartoning speed of 200 meters per minute, has significantly improved the efficiency of the customer's post-processing of paper boxes.

The intelligent line-pressing and box-folding system redefines the peak of efficiency. The equipment integrates four core modules: the vacuum paper feeding section precisely transmits the paperboard; the line-pressing section adopts a pressure adaptive system to ensure consistent indentation depth; the glue coating and folding section uses a hot melt glue instantaneous curing technology to achieve zero glue leakage; the counting and stacking output section is equipped with AI visual inspection. The entire machine is equipped with imported servo motors and PLC intelligent central control. Operators only need to input the length, width, and height dimensions on the touch screen, and the equipment will automatically complete all workstation adjustments within 30 seconds, increasing the debugging efficiency by 90% compared to traditional models.

At a normal operating speed of 150 meters per minute, the box gluing unit can process over 500,000 standard boxes per day. The unique modular design allows the gluing department to start and stop independently, reducing energy consumption by 40% during unit switching. The fully automatic PP packaging machine uses a mechanical arm winding technology, completing the bundling of 1 ton of finished products in 2 minutes, and the manpower allocation is reduced to one-third of that of the original production line.

The customer's production director conducted on-site testing and stated: "By inputting three parameters, the box type can be switched, completely eliminating the era of mechanical machine adjustment. The peak speed of 200 meters per minute has shortened the delivery cycle for urgent orders by 60%." Currently, the system is operating stably and the product qualification rate has reached 99.8%.
