On May 10th, the 3-layer corrugated paperboard Production Line shipped by our company to customers in South America was successfully loaded onto the vessel and set off. This production line, with its highly automated design and innovative energy-saving technologies, can significantly optimize the production efficiency of customers and help their paper box manufacturing business transition towards intelligence and low-carbonization.

As the core highlight, this production line is equipped with a negative pressure single-sided machine system. Through a unique air duct design, it reduces heat loss by 30%, ensuring that the core paper is evenly heated and tightly adheres to the corrugated roller surface. This significantly improves the forming stability and paperboard strength. The entire line adopts an intelligent central control system, enabling full-process automation from the paper rack to stacking and output. Only 3 technicians are needed for efficient operation, saving customers over 50% of labor costs.

The customer's technical director stated during the acceptance process that the newly introduced production line will completely upgrade their traditional production mode. They particularly value our company's customized adaptation solutions - the technical team, considering the local climate and raw material characteristics, optimized the equipment temperature control logic and tension parameters to ensure the stable operation of the production line in high-temperature and high-humidity environments.
