High Efficiency and Intelligence! CZXY-2600 Heavy-Duty High-Speed Fully Automatic Folding Gluing Machine Has Been Highly Recognized by Customers 

CZXY independently developed the “heavy-duty high-speed fully automatic folding gluing machine” has successfully passed the pre-delivery inspection and received high praise from the customers. Just before the delivery of the equipment, the Polish customer representative visited the factory to conduct on-site inspection of the equipment. They highly affirmed the operational efficiency, intelligence level and stability of the machine, and expressed their full confidence in the cooperation on the spot.
As a machine customized according to customer demands, it features the following highlights：

Group 1:
A. The entire machine frame is processed by a machining center.
B. The paper feeding section uses a front stop guide and a ball screw for left and right adjustment.

C. The left and right front stop plates are servo-adjustable.
D. The thickness of the paperboard passing through can be manually adjusted synchronously.
E. The rear paper support arm uses a linear guide rail, and the support table can be freely adjusted in height.

Group 2:
A.It has three rows of 200mm diameter creasing functions to ensure better box forming.

B. The glue box comes with a built-in flattening function.

Group 3:
A.The folding section uses ball screw linear guide rails for servo adjustment of the left and right large arms.

B.It is equipped with four rows of small creasing wheels specifically for the creasing function of mini boxes.

Group 4:
The paper collection uses eight ball screws with variable frequency differential speed adjustment for the large and small scissor opening function to achieve better box forming. 

During the inspection process, the customer focused on testing the continuous operation performance and the pass rate of the finished products of the equipment. The results showed that the **yield rate exceeded 99.8%**, far exceeding the industry standards.
