Recently, two Middle Eastern clients visited CZXY-PACK GROUP company and also visited a cardboard production factory. This factory purchased our corrugated cardboard production line 7 years ago, and now this production line has been working for 7 years and is still working tirelessly, making great contributions to the cardboard factory.

This Production Line is a five layer production line with a width of 2200 and a speed of 250m, and its configuration is very high.

1. It is equipped with 2 quick change cassettesingle facermachines, which can make various types of five layered boards with different flute. The speed of replacing corrugated rollers on cassettesingle facer machine is very fast, about 10 minutes.

It can save a lot of cardboard and labor, which is particularly suitable for cardboard factories with large production volumes。
   2. It is equipped with 5 fully automatic paper feeders, which can replace the roll paper without stopping the machine, ensuring that the entire production line can always run at high speed
