Install The Whole Production Line From Roll Paper To Carton Boxes In Africa

After about two months of installation,CZXY-PACK GROUP has basically completed the installation of a complete Production Line in Africa. This installation is mainly operated by two professional engineers from our company. From the production of raw paper to cardboard, to printing slotting, gluing boxes and stitching boxes, all are automated production machines with high production capacity.

The 1800 automatic 5 ply corrugated production line(speed 120m/min)
1. The entire production line is designed strictly in accordance with the EU CE certification safety standards.
2. The production line Automatically receives paper without stopping, reducing waste and increasing output, maximizing the production of cardboard.
3. The single facer machine has various types of corrugations, including A, B, C, D, E, F, and G flute, which can be matched with any type of corrugations to ensure fast roller replacement without worrying about customers having to choose from a wide range of corrugations.
4. Heating zone, each device's heating zone can automatically display temperature and adjust temperature to ensure the flatness and humidity of the cardboard.
5. Double facer machine, vertical and horizontal cutting stacking machine, can manually or automatically change orders, and can also achieve one click order change, synchronous operation, and accurate precision.
6. The data shows that the production line is equipped with a large LED display screen, which constantly displays the current order, current speed, and current output, allowing each operator to clearly see the status of the production line.
