Recently, a container fully loaded with 1834-type large-sized Printing Slotting Machines and intelligent stacking systems left the CZXY production base with a whistle, heading towards the industrial hub of Mexico. The core equipment of this shipment has set new industry standards with groundbreaking technical specifications, injecting strong impetus into the upgrading of packaging industries in North America.

**Large-scale Printing, Defining New Dimensions of Production Capacity**

The 1834 printing slotting machine, with a printing area of 1800×3400mm and an extreme paper feeding width of 3600mm, can complete the precise printing of all furniture-sized packaging boxes at one time. Compared to traditional equipment, its efficiency is increased by 200%. The intelligent pressure compensation system it is equipped with ensures that the ink uniformity error in ultra-large-scale printing is ≤ 0.02mm, completely solving the industry-wide color difference problem.

Intelligent stacking, reconfiguring terminal efficiency

The stacked machines delivered simultaneously employ dynamic visual positioning technology to achieve precise grasping of irregular cardboard within millimeter accuracy. The multi-layer adaptive buffer structure can bear a load of 2.5 tons per hour. Combined with the cloud data management platform, it increases the utilization rate of finished product storage space by 40%.

"These equipment will serve the top home appliance companies in Mexico," the international business director of CZXY said at the delivery ceremony. "The 1834 model is specially designed for mass production of super-large packaging boxes. Its combination with the intelligent stacking system can help customers overcome the key bottlenecks from printing to warehousing." To ensure the efficient production of the equipment, the technical team has completed the 3D factory layout simulation in advance and initiated the bilingual remote guidance contingency plan.
