On May 25th, the 2-color double-slotting printing machine, intelligent thin knife Slitter Scorer with paper collection and printing machine stacker machine custom-produced by CZXY for its long-term cooperative customers were officially loaded into containers and dispatched. This delivery marks that the customer has once again chosen CZXY to comprehensively upgrade the corrugated box production line after previously introducing the CZXY series equipment, in order to respond to the diversified market demands with higher efficiency.

This upgrade plan focuses on "speeding up and enhancing efficiency" : The 2-color double-slotting printing machine can complete printing and slotting simultaneously, with the speed increased to 18,000 sheets per hour. The printing stacker machine realizes unmanned intelligent stacking, reducing the labor cost of a single line by 60%. The intelligent thin knife machine is equipped with an automatic paper collection and counting slitting system, with a slitting accuracy of ±0.3mm. . Since the first equipment was put into operation in 2018, the stability of CZXY has remained consistent. This upgrade has enabled our daily production capacity to exceed 500,000 cartons. The production director of the customer said.
