CZXY intelligent thin-blade slitting machine redefines the precision and efficiency of cardboard processing.

2025-05-05

The newly upgraded computer servo-controlled thin-blade slitting machine from CZXY, with "intelligent regulation and ultimate precision" as its core competitiveness, brings a revolutionary production experience to the paper box packaging industry, helping enterprises easily handle the challenges of diverse orders.

The equipment is equipped with a "fully Automatic intelligent control system", enabling independent and precise adjustment of the pre-pressing wheel, paper separator seat, and creasing wheel. Combined with the self-adaptive function for cardboard height and pressure, it ensures precise processing of creasing from 30×100mm micro-creasing to super-large-sized cardboard. The "manual/automatic integrated" mode supports flexible switching between large-batch automatic paper feeding and small-batch manual operation. Coupled with a ±0.5mm paper separation and creasing precision, it completely eliminates quality risks such as burrs and creasing cracks.

Intelligent operation breaks through industry thresholds: The "PLC human-machine interface" integrates a 999-order storage function, allowing for one-click invocation of slitting parameters, with a job changeover time of only 1-5 seconds; the linear guide rail sliding structure and electric pressure gap adjustment enable ordinary workers to operate proficiently after simple training. The slitting section adopts "space-grade tungsten steel alloy blades", combined with an automatic grinding system, extending the service life by more than three times. After equipping with an automatic stacking module, it can achieve fully unmanned operation throughout the process of slitting, counting, and stacking.
