Feeding Unit
1. Adopting a leading edge paper feeding mechanism, it has the characteristics of fast response speed, high positioning accuracy, good system stability, and long service life.
2. The side panel is electrically adjustable (using PLC touch screen and electric digital adjustment)
3. Pneumatic leveling device ensures more accurate lateral positioning of cardboard, avoiding waste. (computer-controlled timing)
Printing Unit
1. All printing rollers undergo computerized dynamic balancing correction to eliminate internal stress.
2. The printing phase and axial adjustment are both controlled by PLC touch screen and electrically digital 360 ° adjustment.
3. Loading and unloading printing plates are simple and easy to operate.
4. Circulating pneumatic ink feeding, equipped with ink shortage alarm device.


Knife mold roller (lower roller)
1) The outer diameter is 452mm. (Excluding knife molds)
2) Centrifugal casting of steel cylinder body, computerized dynamic balance correction, surface grinding, hard chrome plating to increase operational stability.
3) The horizontal spacing between the screw holes for fixing the knife mold is 100mm, and it is divided into 18 equal parts in the circumferential direction.

Rubber pad roller (upper roller)

Lateral movement and repair device
1) During work, the die-cutting rubber pad roller is mechanically spiral and automatically moves horizontally (± 20mm) to prevent repeated cutting marks and extend the service life of the felt sleeve.
2) The rubber pad adopts an electric repair device to improve its reuse rate and can be repaired 3-4 times.
