1, paper feeding unit

(1) Sun wheel box leading edge paper feeding system.
A. Four-axis leading edge paper feeding, increase fan flow, and maintain accurate speed when feeding at high speed and low speed.
B. Adjust the airflow and pressure in 4 steps to match the cardboard size.
C. Positioning from the front to reduce paper feed errors and improve the accuracy of paper feeding, printing and slotting.
D. Left and right side baffle electric control, with pneumatically patted device.
E. Rear pallet holder electric control front and back.
F. Manual adjustment of the front stop cardboard gap.
G. Paper can be fed continuously or separately. (Continuous or separate sheets can be selected as needed).

(2) paper feeding upper and lower rollers
A. upper roll; outer diameter of 155mm, steel pipe surface wrapped wear-resistant rubber, balance correction
B. Lower roll: The outer diameter is 155mm. The surface of the paper feed roller is embossed and hardened.
C. Feeding pressure roller adjustment gap is adjusted by self-locking structure, the adjustment range is 0-12mm.
D. The power transmission of the pressure roller adopts the rolling cross coupling transmission to reduce the wear and make the transmission more balanced.
(3) machine clutch, automatic return zero device
A. The drive shaft is equipped with a friction clutch to avoid malfunction and damage the machine.
B. Main engine start protection device (when the machine is not locked, the main unit cannot start running).
C. Paper feeding unit, printing unit and slotting unit are electrically and automatically reset to zero.

2. Printing unit

(1) printing roller
A. The outer diameter is 525.6mm.

(3) Metal anilox roller

(6)Feeding paper roll
A. Feeding paper roll, outer diameter is 86mm, high quality steel plated hard chrome with three paper guide wheels.
B. Paper feed lower roller, outer diameter is 156mm, the paper guide roller is plated with hard chrome.
C. The adjustment of the paper guide roller gap is adjusted by the self-locking structure , and the adjustment range is 0-10mm.
(7) ink circulation structure
A. Pneumatic diaphragm pump, stable ink supply, easy operation and maintenance.
B. Ink filter to filter impurities.
(8) printing phase fixing device
A. The pneumatic brake mechanism is adopted. When the unit is separated and adjusted for phase or cleaning, the brake mechanism limits the gear rotation and maintains the fixed position of the original gear position.
B. The power transmission of the pressure roller adopts the rolling cross coupling transmission to reduce the wear and make the transmission more stable.
3. Single-axis slotting unit

(1) Single-axis double-knife slotting, the height of the box is adjusted by internal teeth, so that the lubricating oil is not easy to contaminate the carton.

B. The cardboard after pre-pressing is not easy to be crushed.

C. Slotting knife clearance adjustment adopts self-locking structure adjustment, the adjustment range is 0-10mm. .
(3) Slotted phase adjustment mechanism.

4. Die cutting unit

(1) Rubber pad roller mechanical reversing 40mm swimming transverse structure.
A. The outer diameter of the pad roller is φ404mm.
B. Rubber pad roller is made of high quality steel with surface grinding and hard chrome plating.
C. Balance correction to increase operational stability.
D. The thickness of the pad is 8mm and the width is 250mm.
E. The clearance between the pad roller and the die roll is adjusted by the self-locking structure, and the adjustment range is 0-16mm.
F. Rubber pad roller automatic compensation structure, automatic control pad roller speed.
