Functional configuration and technical parameters:

Functions and characteristics
1.The whole machine is designed and manufactured according to high speed, high precision, high efficiency, reliable stability and safety.
2.Control system: adopt the international brand programmable controller (PLC),electric control system of industrial HMI and inverter as the core; to achieve rapid replacement of production orders, program control function of intelligent full range, so that make more humanized in production and adjustment, higher safety, the rate of finished products is greatly improved.
3.Transmission system: the transmission gear is made of 20GrMnTi alloy steel and fine grinding. The accuracy is six grade, the hardness is HRC58-62. The structure of the key free connecting ring and the cross slide block is used to realize the gear without backlash transmission, which can achieve long-term printing registration.
4.The ink system: high precision anilox roller and ink rollers and other independent motor driving, overrunning clutch separation, pneumatic lifting plate, intelligent opening and stopping ink system.
(optional) Maijk closed-end scraping system: with high wire ceramic anilox roller, can achieve 100 - 120 netting twine printing, can significantly improve the monochrome dot and multicolor overprint effect. Pneumatic two-way diaphragm pump for ink, ink release, so that the operation is fast, save ink and wash convenient.

I.computer control operation Department
  1. the control panel is equipped with a 10.4 inch man-machine interface colorful touch screen, which can control the feeding department, printing department, slotting part and die cutting part. II.Paper feeding part:
The "light pressure" paper feeding part (patented product) can reduce the friction force between the paperboard and the table top by 60%, which protects the original strength of the cardboard, avoids pressing and sloughing, and combines with the pneumatic elastic paper feeding mechanism, which is favorable for the smooth input of the paperboard.
1.machine separation&assemble

1.Printing roller

3.anilox roll

2.Mold plate roller

VIII.Stacking part
1.Paper receiving arm
