The hot stamping process is a special printing process that does not use ink. 1. The casting is made of HT250 gray cast iron, which is then annealed so that the casting (including the fuselage, press frame, etc.) is not easily deformed or broken.
2.Spindle adopts tetraphosphorus chrome steel, after quenching and tempering to improve the strength, rigidity and hardness of the spindle to achieve the effect of not easily deforming.
3. The main parts of the gears are tetraphosphorus chromium steel, after quenching and tempering.

5. The machine's rail lining plate is made of 38 chrome-molybdenum aluminum. After nitriding treatment, the hardness is strengthened and it is not easy to wear. It can keep the pressure of the machine up and down for a long time to maintain balance and stability.
6.Single-plate electromagnetic clutch is sensitive and reliable.
7.Three functions of single pressure, continuous pressure cut and open delay, the delay range can be adjusted freely.
8.The transmission connecting rod (pull arm) adopts nodular cast iron, which has strong strength and toughness and strong tensile strength.
9.The key parts of the bearing use Harbin bearing.
10.Centralized refueling and manual refueling (optional) lubrication system can better ensure the smooth flow of the oil circuit and facilitate the maintenance of the lubrication system.
11.The bushing of the transmission section adopts a composite copper bushing (ensures lubrication) and the connecting rod is a pure copper bushing. Make the machine more precise.
12.The creasing plate is reinforced with manganese steel.
13.The electrical appliance adopt LG and Siemens.
14.Hand-triangular limit switch, emergency stop switch, hand push rod limit switch, three safety devices to ensure safety.
15.Can be installed inside and outside movable frame, loading (standard is an external movable frame). Machine warranty for one year, life-long maintenance. During the warranty period, the machine fails to solve the problem that the customer cannot solve. We will give the post-sales plan within 24 hours (excluding the damage of the wearing parts).
