Hanging Basket Stacker，Belonging to the end equipment of the tile line cadre, closely following the cross cutting machine, it is used to automatically collect and stack corrugated cardboard. It is the mainstream model of high-speed production lines in cardboard factories。

The cardboard is cut horizontally and then fed into the basket receiving platform of the stacker; The servo driven hanging basket continuously decreases with the stacking height of the cardboard, maintaining a constant paper receiving position; When the set number of sheets/stack height is reached, the hanging basket automatically moves out of the stack, and all tasks such as stack replacement, counting, and baffle positioning are automatically completed by PLC without the need for manual paper feeding.
